📌 RETURN:
You can return it within 14 days you received it. For the no-reason return policy, only non-personalized products and intact leather sleeves are acceptable. You cannot return a sleeve if you ask for personalization on it.

📌 REPLACEMENT (Replacement of Transport Damaged Sleeves);
Before accepting any goods, they must all be checked. Please speak with a carrier and ask them to file a Damage Assessment Report if the packing was damaged. You have to provide this document to me if you want to return or replace it. Otherwise, you can not ask for a return or replace it.
